AND I FEEL AWESOME!!! Went running last night; got up this morning and felt noticeably energetic. Already starting to see results, and it’s been fairly easy to stay focused. I’m so proud of myself right now! I’m shooting for five days, but if by my five day mark I feel like I can go longer, I will. I’ll keep you posted!

Sorry for no posts yesterday; work wore me OUT and I went straight to sleep lol. But alas, I made it through. My last day of my water fast has been difficult, but a success so far. My brain sporadically switched to auto-pilot at my hungriest; one moment listening to music or reading, and the next pulling things out of the fridge to cook, before realizing what I was doing, and reaching for a bottle of water instead. Green Tea has also been a good alternative to plain water when you need to fill up and ease any hunger pangs. My fast ends tomorrow morning, and later that night I’ll post my food diary for the day.
